This year’s Chair Christmas Party took place on Friday, December 5th, and brought us together for a warm and festive evening. The party began with a visit to the cozy Christmas bar at the Schillergarten, before continuing at Prof. Cuniberti’s home. There, guests enjoyed a delightful evening filled with delicious food and drinks, international Christmas carols, and the tradition of Secret Santa.

As part of the event, a fundraising initiative was launched to support children with cancer. The donations will contribute to a film project at the Clinic and Polyclinic for Radiation Therapy and Radio-Oncology at the University Hospital Carl Gustav Carus in Dresden. The project aims to explain complex treatments to young patients in an age-appropriate and reassuring way, helping to ease fears and provide guidance during a challenging time.
