She obtained her master degree in Experimental and Applied Biology at University of Pavia (Italy) doing a thesis in molecular oncolgy. She did an internship at the Radiotherapy Department, University Hospital Dr. Negrin, Las Palmas De Gran Canaria. She worked as junior research fellow at Mario Negri Institute, Milan. She is now working at the Department of Chemistry and Pharmacy of the University of Sassari. Her research here will be based on the analysis of nanomaterial interactions with immune system.
