Nivethashree Sivakumar is a first-year Master’s student in Molecular Bioengineering at TU Dresden and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from Anna University, India. She is currently a research intern at the Chair of Materials Science and Nanotechnology at TU Dresden, where she investigates potential body odor biomarkers for Parkinson’s disease diagnosis using electronic nose sensors and evaluates the resulting sensor data.
