Nimisha Nancy Prakash did her Bachelors in Polymer Science and Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kochi, Kerala (2018-22). She undertook her B-Tech project in Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR NIIST), Trivandrum, Kerala on the topic "Water Hyacinth based Cellulose Nanofibers Reinforced Organic-Inorganic Nanocomposite for Dye Removal". She then joined IIT Kharagpur, West Bengal for her Masters in Materials Science and Engineering with specialization in Polymer science in the year 2022. She carried out a short term Summer Internship in U R Rao Satellite Centre (URSC), Bengaluru, ISRO in which she did a detailed study on elastomers used for space application. She will graduate in 2024.
Currently she has joined the Chair of Materials Science and Nanotechnology for her Masters Project on the topic, " Location Resolved Tactile Sensing by Additive Free Triboelectric Generators Based on Biodegradable Polymers" under the supervision of Dr. Al Aiti.
