Kwan Ho Au-Yeung studied Physics at Portland State University in the USA. In 2017, he completed his master degree in Nanobiophysics at TU Dresden. His PhD work focuses on atomic and molecular manipulation by UHV-LT-STM as well as on-surface synthesis methods to exploit the quantum mechanical properties of molecular and atomic structures for applications in electronics and mechanics at the nanoscale.
