Ms. Hailing Yu studied Aeronautical and Astronautical Science and Technology at Harbin Institute of Technology (China) from 2011 to 2013 with Prof. Jiaqi Zhu. Her research is focused on synthesis, characterization and mechanism of nano carbon materials by metal-catalyzed. In Nov 2013 she joined the chair of Prof. Gianaurelio Cuniberti as an exchange PhD student for one year. In Dresden, Hailing Yu plans to work on development of the artificial nanomotors systems using specially designed Janus particle.
