Fabiana studied Chemistry at University of Catania (Italy) from 2012 to 2017. She got her degree in Chemical Sciences on the "Functionalization NiO with luminescent Eu complexes" with Prof.ssa Graziella Malandrino. She started Materials Chemistry master at University of Catania in 2018. Then, she came to Dresden Technical University as an Erasmus student to write her master thesis. Her experimental work will focus on development of nanostructured composites based on Titanium dioxide and luminescent fluorides for photocatalysis applications.
