David Castellanos Robles is a PhD student at the Leibniz IFW in Dresden, working on biomedical microrobots, microfluidics, micro/nano fabrication processes and synthesis of smart materials. He holds a Master's degree in Advanced Functional Materials and a Bachelor's degree in Nanotechnology and has worked as a student assistant on research projects in photonics, smart materials and micro/nanomachines.
