Chi Zhang obtained his bachelor degree in Electrical and Information Engineering at the Xidian University in 2016. His bachelor thesis focused on image overlay analysis in the group of Prof. Wanrong Sun. In October 2017 he joined the integrated bachelor-master TU Dresden program (called Diplom) on electrical and electronics engineering. He is currently working on the use of silicon nanowire field-effect transistor (SiNW-FETs) as active elements of biomedical sensor devices at Professor Cuniberti's chair.
