Cheng Yin was awarded a bachelor’s degree in Electronic and Information Engineering by Suchow University in 2019. He was subsequently admitted to as a Master student in Materials Science and Engineering at East China Jiaotong University. During his master's studies, he focused on the synthesis of MXenes and their application as sensors.
After completion of his master's degree in 2024, Cheng joined the group of Prof. Cuniberti as Ph.D. student in order to work on flexible gas sensor based on MXenes.
