Charlotte studied Biomedical Science at the Philipps-University Marburg from 2010-2013. In her Bachelor thesis she worked on effects of the cytoskeleton on a protein (prestin) that is one of the key players for electromechanical properties of outer hair cells in the inner ear. In 2013 she joined the Master Program Molecular Bioengineering at the T.U. Dresden. In our group she will work on the further development of cell mimicking microgels.
