Artem Fediai received his Ph.D. degree in solid state electronics from the College of electronics of Kyiv Polytechnic Institute (Ukraine) in 2012. Thesis title is "Electron transport and quantum size effects in resonant-tunneling diode". Supervisor: Prof. Volodymyr Moskaliuk.
He has been working at the chair of Prof. Cuniberti since 1.07.2013. He is engaged in modeling of the contacts between metal electrodes and carbon nanotubes in order to perform theoretical support of cfAED's "Carbon Path" , aiming at establishing a sustainable research platform for carbon-based electronics.
