Arnau Pérez Roig studied Biology at the University of Valencia (UV, Valencia, Spain) from 2014 to 2018. After that he moved to Dresden to carry out a Master in Molecular Bioengineering from 2018 until 2020. Currently he is PhD student at the UV focusing his research on the prevention and control of Vibrio vulnificus pathogen under the supervision of Prof. Carmen Amaro. In the frame of the PhD thesis, he is visiting Prof. Cuniberti´s Chair in Dresden for a research stay in order to develop new methods for detection and diagnosis of the bacteria.
